By placing an order on cannoncapital87.com you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't place an order.

1. Products

We sell only factory-sealed sports card and Pokemon TCG products. We don't sell loose cards, opened packs, or graded cards through this site. Product images are representative; slight variation in packaging artwork from the manufacturer is possible.

2. Pricing & availability

Prices and stock can change at any time. If we make a typo on a price (off by an order of magnitude, etc.) and you order at the wrong price, we'll cancel the order and refund you in full — we won't honor obvious mispricing.

3. Payment

We accept card and ACH (US bank) via Stripe, and Zelle as a manual payment option. Orders are not shipped until payment is confirmed. Zelle orders that don't receive payment within 5 days are auto-cancelled.

4. Shipping

See Shipping & Returns for detailed timing and carrier information. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier accepts the package; for damage in transit, see the lost-or-damaged section there.

5. Returns & refunds

Sealed product returns are limited to damaged-on-arrival, wrong-item, and (case-by-case) change-of-mind. Full policy on the Shipping & Returns page.

6. Account

You're responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You may delete your account at any time by emailing us.

7. Acceptable use

Don't scrape the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, or otherwise abuse the service. We reserve the right to cancel orders or suspend accounts for suspected fraud or violation of these terms.

8. Limitation of liability

Our maximum liability for any order is the amount you paid for that order. We're not responsible for indirect or consequential damages (e.g., a card's market value changing after your purchase).

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.
